The mission of the Harcum Office of Instructional Success is to encourage, support, and promote excellence in teaching and learning throughout the college.
Each year, we ask students to nominate their favorite teacher to be recognized at an annual event. This academic year, 74 faculty received 160 nominations. Joan Udoeyo, Assistant Professor, received the most nominations with eleven. Thank you for your commitment to our students!

We had a fantastic guided meditation yesterday in the Little Theater with Corey Happel! Everyone left feeling rejuvenated and wonderful. It was such a great way to recharge and focus on wellness. Hopefully, more of you can join us next timeβitβs truly a wonderful experience!
π Yesterdayβs workshop on Culturally Responsive Teaching in Higher Education with @DrLauraMcLaugh1 was a fantastic experience! She brought so much energy and gave us creative, hands-on strategies to make our classrooms more inclusive and engaging for all students. π
Our faculty book club nailed it again! We had a lively debate over *The Coddling of the American Mind*βmostly fueled by cheese crackers and brownies. Nothing like solving the world's problems between bites of dessert. Looking forward to the next book (and more snacks, obviously).
