@Cartier I’d like to report Cartier’s refusal to replace a bottle of Declaration aftershave which has a faulty spray mechanism. So much for a luxury brand . This item is not fit for purpose and yet Customer Services are refusing to acknowledge the fault.

@Cartier I have been in touch but the matter was referred to an ‘atelier’ and I have heard nothing back in 3 weeks, despite sending photographs of the faulty bottle . A delaying tactic perhaps ?
