-Only about 1 or 2 functional MRI machines in public hospitals in the entire country.
-No defibrillators in hospitals.
-No ambulances in public hospitals and where they exist, they are for VIPs only.
-No basic medical equipment in hospitals such as gloves, syringes or plasters. Patients have to buy from outside sources.
-Doctors are owed salaries for months.
-Hazard pay for doctors is either unpaid or grossly insufficient.

But air ambulance is the first step they choose to take.
