@RitaGsp1 My pleasure - I always like seeing which are other people’s favourites since everyone has different tastes 😉 cross posting is a pain but Flickr lets me use different ratios and doesn’t completely tank the quality
Literally EVERY big tennis tournament in the world except Roland Garros:
- electronic line calling
- no advertising blocks placed behind the baseline for players to trip over them
- two matches in night sessions
Roland Garros:
Anyway, weird that @rolandgarros ended a week early this year 😆 most gruelling tennis trip of my life, my laundry is a biohazard and I’ve lost weight. Excited for my coworkers to ask how I enjoyed my “holiday” in Paris
I post the smiles & laughter pics from practices (because who doesn’t want to see Andrey happy?) but you’d better believe that this is serious business from all concerned. I’ve been lucky enough to witness the journey this last year and I’m excited for what’s to come.
Louder for those who still don’t listen when Andrey explains the process they’re going through, & the time it’ll take. I still see the “failed experiment” narrative. It’s SO far from that. It’s what Andrey needed, on & off court. The improvements are visible if you care to look.
I will never stop believing in Andrey's partnership with Marat, all the efforts & hard work. It is impossible for a positive process like this not to work out. Andrey did what he could, put his 100%. His serves & returns were not enough, smth he mentioned that he's working on.
Gutted for and proud of @AndreyRublev97 in equal measure. What a fighter. It’s a pleasure to see the journey he’s on and I hope he keeps faith with it all, because seeing him happy has meant everything 🧡🤧
(6/6) before signing - of course - everything he reasonably could before he had to clear the way for the next match 🤧 it’s been a pleasure to cheer him on this week 🧡 and hopefully there’s more to come
Match thread - probably my last one since I leave on Sunday afternoon, but it was good to see Andrey progress in continuing challenging conditions (1/6)
