@Airlinerefunds1 @Iberia_en @USDOT @JustFlyGlobal Yes my flight was canceled. The travel agency justfly is saying iberia is only offering vouchers and iberia is saying that justfly should give me a refund. They are both blaming each others and im the one stuck in the middle. I just want my money back.

@Iberia_en my flight got cancel due to covid19 and i'm not able to get a refund and customer reps confirming.they are not offering any refund. @USDOT states that a passenger is entitled to a refund if the airline canceled the flight, regardless the reason. This is litea nightmare
