@0HMYDADDY_ "Well, I can help with the sleep deprived part. And I'm here if you need company."
She smiled softly.
"I'm not one to just throw people out like that. So, you stay as long as you need. And I'm here if you ever need me."
@0HMYDADDY_ She gave a little squeeze.
"If its any small consolation, I don't see you as that."
She brushed his hair back softly, melting into an almost parental role.
@0HMYDADDY_ She nodded, straightening his blanket out gently.
"You miss him."
She knew, having seen his nightmare, that it was an oversimplified statement, but it wasn't intrusive. Matter of fact.
"Do you want me to stay, or shall I leave you to rest again?"
@0HMYDADDY_ San hadn't slept, she was staying awake in case she was needed, very much like a mother with a sick child. So, when she heard the volume raise, the fear, she was shaking him gently.
"Lowell.... Lowell!"
@0HMYDADDY_ She grabbed a blanket to cover him up with.
"You're funny, smart, hard working. And anyone who dares jump over my bar like you did is someone I can respect."
@0HMYDADDY_ "Hey, it's no problem. It's not just my bar I'm protective of. Like I said, I class you as a friend."
She took one of the biscuits and smiled.
@0HMYDADDY_ She nodded, moving to grab a painkiller for him.
"Here, take this. It might make you a little sleepy, but I think you'll need it tonight."
She wanted to hug him and comfort him. Damn mother hen instincts.
