@hells_love_doll I'm sorry as a user of twitter I cannot post what my initial reply was as it goes against guidelines for threats of violence and hate speech
@NoxKiwi_ I don't know why I'm defending Oda here but I'm playing Devil's Advocate. I think it's possible he's saving the best for last. This arc can still be Usopp's time to shine but that doesn't mean it has to ONLY be Usopp's time to shine, there's room for multiple characters
One Piece is... unsatisfactory. I've come to realize that. I used to love One Piece and had faith in Oda but, aside from his surprising writing in Egghead, after the sheer disappointment that Wano was it left such a bad taste. I don't think he has that spark anymore
@NoxKiwi_ I agree that Elbaf has been a mess structurally but the events that transpire and the story that's being told is leagues better than Wano. Wano was also a mess lest we forget. The difference is that Elbaf's plot is good while Wano's is not. Wano and Elbaf are a lot alike tho tbh
@NoxKiwi_ WHAT?!?! Elbaf has been sooooooo much better than Wano it's insane. It's still not as good as the peak of One Piece was but it's the second closest arc to recapturing that feeling to me. Really??? Wano over Elbaf???
When the color grays out from Yellow and he's the last one of the flower group remaining in ch7. Then this plays with him facing off against The Roaring Knight;
