@CoinWOfficial This is honestly frustrating and unacceptable.

I have been trying to change the email address linked to my account for the past 2 MONTHS. I have followed the instructions given by your customer support, provided the information requested, and yet NOTHING has changed.

My original email has been hacked, which is why I need to update the email on my account. How can a customer spend two months trying to make a basic account-security change and still not get it resolved?

I have never experienced something like this with an exchange before. If your support team has a security procedure for changing an email, fine I followed it. But keeping a legitimate customer stuck for two months with no resolution is simply unacceptable.

@CoinWOfficial I need a clear solution, not another round of instructions that leads nowhere.

Two months is enough. Please resolve this.
