Dear Members of the UEFA Disciplinary and Ethics Committee,

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the officiating of Mr. Allard Lindhout, who served as the referee in the Fenerbahçe vs Viktoria Plzeň UEFA [insert competition name, e.g. Conference League] match held on [insert match date].

Throughout the match, several of the referee’s decisions appeared to have a direct impact on the flow and balance of the game. Specifically, situations such as [describe examples briefly – e.g. “awarding a penalty without VAR review,” “ignoring clear fouls,” or “inconsistent application of yellow cards”] have raised questions about impartiality and adherence to the principles of fair play.

In light of these concerns, I respectfully request that the UEFA Referees Committee and the Disciplinary & Ethics Committee conduct an official review of the referee’s performance, based on match footage and official reports.

Ensuring fair and balanced officiating is essential for maintaining the integrity of UEFA competitions and the trust of clubs and supporters alike.
