They asked for COD point balance, so I sent the agent the screenshot even with a error showing them where my point balance in game. ALL I WANTED WAS TO UPDATE MY EMAIL & 40 HOURS LATER I AM UNSURE IF THEY UPDATED SINCE BECAUSE NOW I CANT EVEN LOGIN. I hope you can help
