The 2023 clothing drive went great. The police department delivered all the items to the Fairfield City School District to be delivered to Rethreads. This community volunteer effort has a mission to provide quality clothing to those in need. Thank you to everyone!

@MiamiTwpPD arrested an armed homicide suspect last night. Officer Haggerty and Corporal Foster arrested Jordan Spain on a traffic stop at 1130pm with a loaded 9mm in his waistband. He was wanted by @FairfieldTwpPD for the murder of a 16 year-old girl in 2018.

UPDATE: Second Murder Arrest Made in Sydney-Garcia-Tovar Homicide. On September 6, 2022, police arrested JORDAN A. SPAIN for his role in the murder of 16-year-old Sydney Garcia-Tovar in July 2018.
