The fact that it hasn’t been done before shouldn’t be a deterrent to forging a new path based on societal changes and shifts. Precedent only happens when there are willing participants.

@edhollett Along with reasonable and probable grounds Police consider probability of conviction, but it’s now viewed as a “win”... or lose. In this case there is an unprovoked intent to disturb - very different from many situations being used as a comparison.
