I’ve been earning seven figures from Martech for over a year now. No prior experience. No mentor. Just me figuring it out in public. And till today, I still don’t teach Martech.

But here’s the interesting part.

Teaching a skill is not the problem. Navigating the job market is the hard part. That’s the real bottleneck. That’s why I’m obsessed with understanding the path properly before teaching anyone. Most people rush to sell information they don���t fully understand yet.

Instead, over the past year, I’ve spent serious money helping people navigate their journey. Close to 4 million naira. People I’ve never met. Creating small paid opportunities so they can earn something while searching for better roles. The results speak for themselves.

Growth has been crazy. Now people recommend me to their clients, referrals keep coming, and momentum compounds.
The lesson is simple.

Learn how to navigate as a newbie before you start selling dreams to people.
If you’re still confused or stuck, join my X Space on Wednesday by 8:00pm. You’ll get clarity.

If you haven’t figured out how to consistently get hired, keep clients, or survive dry months, you’re not in a position to teach yet. You’re still a student. And that’s not an insult, it’s just the truth.

This is why the internet is noisy. People land one role, sometimes none, and immediately turn it into a course. They skip the hardest part: learning how the market actually works. Positioning, timing, outreach, referrals, reputation, and patience. ( Now I teach them though)

Before you teach virtual assistance, copywriting, design, or any tech role, ask yourself a simple question:
Can I repeat my results, or did I just get lucky once?

Until you can answer that honestly, focus on learning first.

Here is why I don't sell dreams I sell growth just attaching yourself to me would help you grow.

Being jobless is traumatizing.

For several years I have been writing on X and creating free content.

I spend at least 500 hours a year writing these tweets alone, but I no matter what I do, I have never been able to go past 3.8M impressions.

Even my most viral tweets have never lifted me over this threshold.
