@Swiggy I'm done with your service. My delivery partner has been stuck at the same location for 30+ minutes and isn't answering calls. Your chatbot won't connect me to a human agent and keeps sending scripted replies instead of helping. Terrible customer support.

@SwiggyCares @harshamjty Additionally, some time pls look as per customer perspective rather than following boring procedure. Guest at home waiting for an order amd thats your service. Make a standard procedure and educate delivery partners to pickup call atleast if you are unable to come.
