Worst check in experience at @AkasaAir We were travelling with infant This lady kept us standing arguing kg by kg of our weight We paid 7500 for extra baggage as we have intl. connection Even her manager wanted us pass by but she kept schooling us First & last time with Akasa.

Next, when the staff got the bassinet out in bad condition we asked "what is this"? He waved his hand & said at least you got it. We only got the know the missing part thing when we reached home and assembled the bassinet.

[Faizan Sheikh 🇮🇳 @Faizantweetz]

@IndiGo6E , we’re shocked by your negligence.

Our newborn's 20,000 bassinet was torn, and a critical part was lost during the flight, making it unusable. We even paid ₹4,800 for check-in! This is unacceptable.

Please resolve this immediately.

@IndiGo6E If you can take out logs & CCTV footage of that day when we landed. The Indigo staff lost the bassinet & it took them 2 hours to find it.

India is neutral 😐 towards Israel because India buy tech from them and send labours for the work to Israel
