.@EquitasBank Very disappointing experience. I found the process unprofessional, lacking clarity and customer-friendly communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Equitas as a first choice. This bank has been a complete waste of time.

@EquitasBank Please confirm who is responsible for resolving my complaint and when I can expect a definite update on my Current Account application. I should not have to repeatedly chase the bank for basic communication after submitting all required documents.

@EquitasBank I applied for a Current Account at your Kalyan West, Maharashtra branch on 8 Sept 2026. Mr. Ganesh Gounder collected my documents & cheque and assured me the account-opening email would arrive by evening.
