Of the aspects of sport that gets promoted as reasons to participate, like developing teamwork, exercise, etc., one that is criminally underrepresented is the emphasis to be able to control *ALL* your actions and words in highly stressful situations.
How dedicated is your team? If someone offered them $1MM to *not* play on the team and focus on something else would they stay and play? (This is known as the “Fever Test” when we coordinate with parents make these seemingly real offers.)
Kavanaugh is such a liar. To “boof” means to drop a disc and Devil’s Triangle is the drill where you cut back and forth receiving passes and then turning to throw to in cuts then deep cuts.
Reminder: new walk-on meeting tonight. To find go past our offices with the Fever weight room on your right. You’ll pass the Fever training pool on the left. Go through our indoor practice fields we’ll be meeting in the Fever Rec area next to the Fever 3D virtual reality sim lab
Congrats to @oshadega for getting his athletic and entertainment complex going. I thought it was going to have more ultimate fields though?! https://t.co/jfb6mLgKsL
@Ultiworld@bamasecs How would this Olympic gold medalist fair on the field? (Small push off but the @theAUDL ref missed it. Oh well, at least game kept moving with no stoppage) https://t.co/t9yIjgx5lI
@gwenambler@SuperflyUlti Many are breathing a sigh of relief this wasn’t a release of tournament party video on YouTube. Luckily the Fever coaching staff was home studying game film even back then, so wasn’t worried at all.
“I would have thrown the hammer for the score, but it was 2-2 so couldn’t risk it”
“I just hucked it into coverage because we were down 0-2 and had nothing to lose” https://t.co/bLJzWAgfTh
