Because of the way we’re socialised a lot of women tip toe around how glaringly valuable we are, majority of women bring and add value without doing much. We are literal incubators and multipliers, yet constantly being asked “what do we bring”, “what do we add”.
As a founder, it’s easy to get so caught up in the work that you don't get the chance to let people know who you are beyond the work.
I fell into that trap too.
But I’m changing that. Like they say, “The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The next best time is now.”
From this week, I’m building in public, launching my newsletter and sharing more content, not just about Onboard, but about the journey itself.
Is it going to be easy? Definitely not.
But I’m up for the challenge and I hope y'all keep me accountable.

Sure, like ‘luxury’, the label is frivolously applied to expensive restaurants but fine dining in itself is subjective and contextual.
Look at the Lagos as a whole then the quality of life and people then relook at the food scene. Similarly to the creative scene, we’re actually seeing fine culinary expression that could rival other places.
