Either they ask me to file a damaged luggage form online (I did it on July 15), or they tell me it's too late to fill the damaged luggage form online. #Dolfi1920 don't answer any email or phone call either. So basically they STOLE my luggage. 3/3. #SCAM

@FlySWISS @LX_Newsroom I strongly advise everybody to NOT travel with #SwissAir if they care about their luggage. On July 15 when I returned from Hong Kong to Paris, my #luggage was damaged. I immediately filed a report at the airport and on their official website. 1/3

It's only on August 7 that their subcontractor (Dolfi1920) came to my house to collect my damaged luggage.
It's been now more than 3 months since they have my luggage and I received 0 updates. Worse, when I contact #Swiss #Air they don't understand anything : 2/3
