Frank Bisignano is our Social Security Director who is another New Yorker whose career ambitions are on a global scale and as a globalist, has crossed paths with Bessent when he worked for George Soros.

His background in technology and finances are heavily geared towards Digital and this new position that "No accomplishments for the American people" @SecScottBessent created for him is a RED FLAG for the Universal Income and Digital Currency that this administration is fast tracking us into.

"Promoted to co-Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2012, he oversaw global technology, HR, operations, compliance, and integrations across 60 countries."

I encourage everyone to look at Bisignano's history and how he will be utilized to create the system for universal income that the "Genius Bill" that created the framework to force the American people into a digital wallet and Digital Currency.

Digital Currency is a surveillance Program that is used to track people and control people by the money that the government will give them, decide where it's spent for them and can take away from them without due process.

Scott Bessent isn't working to free up opportunities for the American people. Scott Bessent is working toward enslaving us in universal income which is government dependency.
