Man Jake, it's so tiring seeing people lose perspective on how massive this Colorado rebuild really is. This team was not only the worst P5 team last year, they were also dead last in FBS scoring margin....by a TON. UMass was the next worst and on average, they were a full TD better per game than CU. Despite that, CU was actually on a trajectory to REGRESS this season with a comparably tough schedule and low-ranked recruiting class coming in. Believe it or not, even the much-maligned 2012 CU team was recruiting significantly better than the 2022 CU team.

Look, we get it. Nobody wants to lose all these one-score games against Top 25 teams or blow a 29-0 halftime lead to Stanford. That is definitely not what Coach Prime wanted or expected this season, especially after turning over the roster. And let's be clear, Coach Prime, his whole staff and Colorado are not immune from criticism. However, objectively speaking, this team is on a clear upward trajectory and this football program is breathing after staring total obsolescence in the face.

In summary: #WeBelieve and there are still two games left to end the season on a high note. Go Buffs FOREVER.
