Secretary Fontes says that illegals don’t vote, the facts tell a different story:

📊 A sample of 61,000 registrants run through the SAVE database found 400 non-citizens

🚨 Half of them had voted!

If this math held up over the entire state voter roll (4.34mm), then you’d have 28,459 non-citizens registered and 14,230 having voted. That’s more votes than ballots separating Trump-Biden in 2020 and the 2022 AG race, and almost as many for 2022 GOV.

⚖️ Maybe that’s why Adrian Fontes is trying to get the U.S. Supreme Court to block proof of citizenship.

🚨Republican Legislature Advances Budget Plan... Again🚨

The GOP budget has passed the Joint Appropriations Committee as Dems attempted to obstruct Arizona's progress by voting NO.

$1.45 billion in tax relief.
$800 million less spending than Hobbs' plan.

That's a responsible Republican budget.

✔️Republicans acted early this year to align state tax laws and provide certainty during tax filing season.

✔️Lawmakers then sent a second bill to update state law to align with forms issued by the Department of Revenue.

Although the governor vetoed tax conformity, walked away from budget negotiations, and imposed a bill moratorium, Republicans are taking action again by delivering a plan based on real numbers - not unrealistic projections.

This plan offers immediate cost-of-living relief for families, seniors, workers, and small businesses. It supports education, public safety, and child welfare, while safeguarding the State Land Trust that funds Arizona schools.

Congratulations to Cody Reim! He has been selected as Legislative District 3’s new representative in the Arizona State House. In a unanimous decision this morning by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Reim will serve alongside Representative Alex Kolodin to represent LD 3 and complete the remainder of Joseph Chaplik’s term. Chaplik has shifted his focus to his run for the U.S. Congress in Congressional District 1.

- Multiple lawsuits, involving evidence, failed following the 2020 election

- Trump's own 2020 election law team said "we're not alleging fraud."

- The Cyber Ninjas were discredited, admitted some of their own errors, and went bankrupt after their Arizona adventure

- @votewarren (Warren Petersen) called the 2020 election "old news" and wondered why people were still asking about the Cyber Ninjas.

- No lawsuits came out of the Cyber Ninjas.

-The Attorney General's Office under Mark Brnovich spent 10,000 man hours investigating the 2020 election results. They found no material fraud or error.

- This is all an embarrassment to Arizona. Credit Karen Fann, who will surely help another wave of Republicans lose their statewide elections in 2026.

🚨The 2020 Maricopa County Forensic Audit Report was delivered on September 21, 2021. It wasn't discovered until the Andy Biggs' October 2021 hearing that the deleted election data had been archived. A June 12, 2024 Lawsuit in WTP v Recorder Richer presented further witness cross examination on the deleted data.

@KariLake former attorney Bryan Blehm will be filing a 2nd lawsuit this week in WTP v Richer for further records relating to that 2020 deleted election data.
