Just to clear this up.

When we launched the Inference archive, there wasn’t a sale running, so the pricing was higher than some of our promotional pricing. This happens whenever we launch a new archive and then experiment with pricing over time.

There are currently 4 archives live on Fanout, including Inference, and they’re visible on the dashboard even when logged out. Your account shouldn’t simply be limited to “the first three modules” because we changed the price later.

On future updates, we’re continuing to expand the existing archives and new ones are dropping soon as well. We send emails whenever major updates go live.If something on your account isn’t showing correctly, please email [email protected] with your account details and we’ll check it directly.

You can also use the feedback button in the bottom right of the platform for product issues.For anything related to refunds, policies or compliance,

everything is available at /refunds on the website.Happy to fix an actual account issue if there is one. We just want to make sure the situation is represented accurately here.
