Thank you for knowing ball sir. I was told Lemon just can’t separate against press man.
Was just a better playcall from the DC than it was Sean Mannion. Tip your cap and line it up for the next play.
This is a good rep from Lemon imo. Drives right off the LOS, corner immediately loses his leverage and he starts to gain ground at the top of his route.
Corner's lucky it was an out route. Deeper and he would have been even more behind
@EJSmith94 We have to really really stop over analayzing singular plays to try and sound intelligent on the internet… particularly in pre season before the A22 is even out and available.
Do you understand how stupid of a take this is? Lemon actually does an incredible job stacking and getting in favorable position here against press man. Unfortunately there was a safety over the top which eliminates any intermediate in breaking or vertical route over top which means Davis just has to play with outside leverage (which he does) and makes a play on the ball. It was just a better playcall from the bengals DC than it was Mannion. Tip your cap and line it back up.
@thomasrp93@HHU4life Pretty much the non RPO version of post wheel flat the dolphins 23’ offense spammed and killed defenses with. Such a tough route combo to guard.
@KarimElNemr3@EaglesXsandOs Even with Steichen he ranked in the bottom 10% of throws over the middle out of all qualifying QBS the last 10 seasons. Scheme matters of course but it’s mostly been a QB issue.
@startkyIeorton Well you see, the problem is that he himself and everybody in his camp around him think he is in fact that top tier talent and the world just has it out for him. Poor kid needs to wake up and smell the coffee and get away from everyone he surrounds himself with.
Yeah man. I don’t think people realize how much harder it is to see things from the field or what it really looks like being down there lol. Especially with all the post snap rotation stuff that’s going on in the league right now, being in the booth is incredibly advantageous imo.
@thomasrp93 As an x’s & o’s guy you should be very aware that this was a fangio decision. We also have to be honest about Sweats 24’ season before that monster Super Bowl game. He was a disruptive pass rusher at times but was never great against the run and Fangio couldn’t drop him.
