He was just 17 when he made his West Ham debut โ a natural goalscorer with the world at his feet.
In 2011, during routine tests at the U-17 World Cup, Dylan was diagnosed with testicular cancer.
He kept training. Kept smiling. Kept fighting. Even through chemotherapy, he wore the West Ham shirt with pride.
In April 2014, Dylan passed away aged just 20.
West Ham retired his No.38. His foundation continues to raise awareness and save lives every year.
He never scored a Premier League goal โ but he left something bigger behind.
