Morfydd Clark teases a "joyful, naive backstory" for Galadriel in 'The Rings of Power' Season 3
"It was wonderful to be able to explore Galadriel's backstory even further back, and how full of joy she was before. We explore her in a part of her life where consequences haven't happened yet. I feel, in life, there's this moment where you're like, ‘Oh, the decisions I make create the world that I'm going to be in.’ It was really fun to explore some naivety with her, and she's also kind of freeing herself from the clutches of the darkness."

Charlie Vickers says Sauron recites the one ring poem in 'The Rings of Power' Season 3
"We'd done two takes, and then we were like, "We're just going to do one more of the final bit of me doing the ring poem, looking at it and holding it up." And there were maybe three cameras going, so you know that this is going to be the end bit of the sequence.
We put on some songs. We tried two different songs, and I think [one] was the Sauron song by Bear McCreary; the Sauron theme song. We put that over the speakers on the sound stage where we were filming. Then I did this action. It was quite a long action of me getting up, crawling along the anvil, standing up, doing the poem, and holding my hand in the air.
And it timed perfectly with the really epic bit of the song. So much so that I think everyone in the room was like, "It's like a live orchestra." That's why I started laughing, because I held it up and smiled like, "Did we get that?" And everyone started being like, "Holy s--t." It was the music! It was nothing to do with me. It was the music."

Daniel Weyman says "everyone should be more Gandalf" when talking about 'The Rings of Power' Season 3
"There’s a lovely quote [in the new season] about not being able to hold back the tides… His job is not to solve all things. It’s to support others, to be present and to be the best version of himself. That’s enough for anyone, including me."

Daniel Weyman says 'The Rings of Power' Season 3 completes Gandalf’s transformation from The Stranger into the fully recognizable wizard
"It’s like a completion of the journey so far… The hat is one of the different parts of, what I like to think is, Gandalf’s armour – his robe, his staff and now his hat. So he’s protected, in a way. Not with strong bits of metal and darkness, but with felt and softness."
