Autograph Update

We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. We have read your concerns and are actively working on a solution to make things right. Thank you for your patience!

@universbutera At the moment we really want to focus on getting everyone their autographs because we are aware people have been waiting for a while and it would seem unfair to be planning new events when we didn’t deliver them from previous ones. We are very sorry about the delay.

Also note that autographs for Europeans customers are being sent to a team member in Europe before they’re shipped to you. This is to keep shipping costs reasonable for you but it takes a little longer to get your autograph compared to US customers.

✍️ AUTOGRAPHS UPDATE

We are still waiting to get autographs back from the following guests : Freddie, Jade, Anna, Luke, Tessa, Gage and Melissa (from #AFW).

We will inform you as soon as we receive them and can ship them to you.

We also had autographs sent back to us after being shipped to some of you and we had to resend them. Please reach out to us in case your address has changed.
We are trying our best to keep you informed by email when this arrives so you are aware of the additional delay.
