When someone comes to you with their problem...

Instead of saying “Have you thought about doing X” (solutioneering)

Try saying, “What have you thought about doing so far?” “What do you want to see happen?” “Which solutions have you ruled out and why?” etc.

It's now been revamped. Taking just 2 hours to view the short presentations, it is available anytime on our Defence Connect site 👇.

@DrakeElliot @MilitaryBanter Hard to comment without knowing the exact ins and outs, but ideally if the ranges were booked in advance then the cleaning time can be planned in advance? And if there was a fastball that caused this, what was it and how can they mitigate for it next time 🤔

@Average_S0ldier I think we need to get away from the idea that braids = unprofessional. In my mind there’s nothing more professional than being aware of how your kit fits and how that impacts your job, I’ve seen many women struggle to see under helmets in the name of “professional” buns
