I have lived most of my life not making a fuss. This time, i must. I will name and shame.
This incident happened to my wife. It is about Thoo tailors.
This was in December 2025. My wife was getting her measurements taken for her wedding dress by a worker named Nazmul. 1/10

Sometimes I wonder if our education system is truly ours.
It teaches our kids to pass foreign exams, speak in foreign tongues, and chase foreign dreams
but forgets to teach them how to live and thrive in our own islands
All they heard was life in Male’ since childhood
@aisherth@VaguthuOnline They’re also brainwashing the entire nation with the news of aasandha giving endo patients 1mn in aid shifting the focus of outdated practices & negligence and being ignorant. If world renowned surgeons heard the actual committee meeting in English they’d be laughing them.
Million eh haradhu kuri iru endo specialists thibey hospital thakah aasandha approve nukohdhe. Acceptable treatment akah dhaan mi jeheny specialists thibey aasandha approve nukuraa hospital thakah.
Nobody wants to accept that there are no endo specialists in maldives 🤡
When ppl try to justify #endo pain saying childbirth is more painful, listen. I’ve birthed twice. The pain of active labor is the only thing close to the pain we feel monthly/ other week for some. I’d rather give birth multiple times than go through this. https://t.co/DnZ6v7RxFx
NSPA approve kuraa hospital thakuga endo specialist nethumuge maana akee endo specialists exist nuvumeh noon. Eba thibi dhuniyeyge fenvaruga khidhumaiy dhey endo specialists. Maldivian doctors and government is too egoistic to believe this reality
Contradicting statement’s. One says specialists don’t exist, the other says they spent MVR 1M in welfare aid. Why waste that on a condition you don’t believe needs specialized care? Why “try” Aasandha from a multidisciplinary hospital if your doctors think any gyno can handle it?
At yesterday’s Majlis committee hearing, doctors claimed their gynecologists can “handle” minimally invasive surgeries.
Would YOU trust them to perform the kind of nerve-sparing, complex procedures described by leading surgeons worldwide in these images (attached in next post)
Just because medical professionals in the Maldives don’t have an interest in dedicating their service to endometriosis doesn’t mean patients should be denied proper care. Women deserve access to accurate information, specialist treatment, and doctors who take their pain seriously
When the act of burning innocent people alive is labeled as self-defense, we have long crossed the boundaries of civilization. This is not self-defense; it is a heinous crime against humanity, disguised as justified violence. The fire that consumes lives symbolizes not only the physical destruction but also the collapse of every moral standard we, as humanity, claim to uphold. It is the most perverse distortion of justice, where the perpetrator hides behind the illusion of threat, while in reality, they are the executioner.
Any attempt to justify such horrific acts is a slap in the face to the memory of victims of past atrocities. When human lives are reduced to ash under the guise of "security," we erode the fundamental belief that every life holds value. This rhetoric of self-defense is nothing more than a smokescreen, desperately trying to mask the stench of genocide. And if we allow this lie to persist, our own humanity burns with it, consumed in the flames of indifference.
If there were videos of children being burnt alive while still on IVs in hospital tents in almost any part of the world, it would be the only headline today.
But it’s just Palestinians in Gaza again. May every criminal who has participated in this evil burn for eternity. Ameen
