In the last 5 months of building a new product with AI, we made 670 product decisions.

I wrote personal opinions about why knowing them, and planning before you build, matters even more today. https://t.co/sVhls91Vqd

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@neerajjj6785 Yeah i am aware, but you should also aware that we are a small community interested in this stuff and our algortihm is not reflecting the world population. I am hopeful that todays hardworkers and ambitious ones will succeed

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@neerajjj6785 Not everyone is capable of using the AI properly even to build a small product for their own use.

Software engineers, wanna hear thoughts about the
hardest part of working with AI agents ?

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@_mctrinh Vision, creativity... and ability to organize those talents

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

Last year ..

We are building our own open source IDE . With built in enhanced SDD, task management, decision tracker, code structure map and memory layer.

If you don't wanna spend time with creating harness around harness :) , .md file generation and management give it a try

Wanna here thoughts :) https://t.co/sB0endj7Eo

Your agents forget, you will forget, but Frame always remembers :)

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@raj_4_69 What is the definition of real coding and vibe coding ? If you code manually on 2026 there will be no building at all 😂 . But if you mean use ai with real coding principles + good analysis + good plan. I totally agree 👍

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@eandualem Stay in touch we can learn from each other and discuss ideas 👍

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@eandualem Currently working on Frame

Actually more than a tool an IDE for developers to aim efficient development with agents while the projects will become more than a TO-DO app complexity 🖐️

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

@kapilansh_twt 1. Ability to see the full picture of what you gonna build
2. Design the system according to it with knowing what not to build.
3. Keeping track of what you actually do vs planned.
4. Properly scale the system with debugging + reviewing skills.

[Berkay Yılmaz @FarotherDev]

Routing probably trim the bill. But past TODO-app scale, the cost that hurts isn't tokens, it's direction for me. At some point the model and the developer should remember why the code looks the way it does. Where does the advisor's verdict go once the session ends, and does the next session ever see it?
