#AYAPerkatory "existing guilt". I can get really down on myself, and when I don't keep things in perspective, it's unproductive. I'm hoping to frame the term survivor's guilt differently for myself so while I can still feel down sometimes, I turn it into doing something positive

#AYAPerkatory #SurvivorsGuilt I know *I* would rather people laugh and have fun...cremate me and dump my a$$ in the Caribbean and then throw a party. Then raise funds for the orgs I was involved in and do something fun to remember me at least 2x/year. (DOB/DOD)

#AYAPerkatory I try to celebrate their life and how they lived, their personal wishes, things like that. Sometimes I just have a good cry and remember good memories. I've been lucky not to have lost many close to me personally during such a long journey.
