A days wasted, and being made to feel dishonest, essentially called a liar aswell as an aborted collection fee..if you can avoid I suggest you do. @ArvalBNPParibas @Arval_UK

When does a car collection become an aborted collection? Well if you deal with Arval, it depends..if the collection agent provides proof they were 1/4 of a mile from your home and waited 20 mins..oh and apparently knocked your door....

(Nationwide Vehicle Contracts) I have car on order from them since last May. Promised for Dec delivery. Communication is an email saying sorry..blah blah every few weeks. I phoned to query and was told, yes December. Still no car or comms.
