Yesterday a group of seven 3rd grs got into an argument and 2 hit each other. They were brought into my office. I listened to every perspective then I set expectations, reminded them they are good people, and tasked them with coming up with a solution. I told them I loved them and/plus I was disappointed. Hugged each one as they left my office. They spent recess with me today.
