Mazel tov @BillAckman on your BAR Mitzvah today!
Just wrapped tefillin with Bill Ackman for the first time in his life, one of the world's most powerful and influential hedge fund managers and a proud Jew.
Ackman, who is the CEO of Pershing Square, has become a key voice in the fight against antisemitism and a strong defender of Israel. His late father, Larry Ackman, who passed away in 2022, often encouraged him to do more, repeatedly saying, "You're not doing enough about antisemitism." One of Larry's final letters urged Bill to take the threat of antisemitism seriously, which has become increasingly prevalent since October 7th.
Reflecting on that day, Bill remarked, "Good comes from bad. October 7th has united the global Jewish community like never before."
Today, we wrapped tefillin as Proud Jews in memory of the 1,200 innocent souls who were taken just because they were Jewish.
A bunch of Jew-haters are trying to take down my boy’s real estate company.
If you’re in real estate, or know anyone who is, tap in with my guy @EinhornGabe and show some support.
Let’s help good people win.
While they try to destroy our company, we’re going to keep increasing NOI by millions of dollars for all the properties we work with.
If you’re a landlord, broker or property manager, this product will be a game-changer. We will reduce days on market and increase occupancy, directly raising the value of the building.
Beautiful, heartwarming picture.
Leon Rose, president of the New York Knicks, with his 88-year-old father on the court at 2 a.m. on championship night.
A lifelong Jewish Knicks fan, his father spent more than half a century waiting to see the Knicks bring a title back to New York.
And there he is, looking at his son with pure nachas.
Not as a fan celebrating a championship, but as a father bursting with pride.
After decades of waiting, they finally got to experience it together.
I was at lunch with a friend today when he sent me this photo of me and OG Anunoby.
The picture was taken in January 2018 during OG’s rookie season with the Raptors. My friends and I were 13 years old, waiting after the game, and he couldn’t have been nicer.
Fast forward eight years: OG is now on our team and helped bring an NBA championship to New York.
Crazy how life comes full circle. Back then, I never would have imagined that one day he’d be a champion for the Knicks. 🏆🧡💙
