@RoyalMailHelp I am so appalled by the service lately. I sent a large letter special delivery on the 25th for it to be delivered today by 1pm and it still has not been delivered. I also sent another parcel Tracked 24hr since 22/01/24 and it has not been delivered.

@ubereats_uk @McDonalds isn’t it ridiculous that you are letting Uber Eats drivers claim they have delivered an order when they have not. This happened to me on Tuesday and I reported it immediately only to be told I won’t be refunded. That’s fraudulent behaviour.

@British_Airways That’s a bit late telling me now as I needed this info yesterday. It was initially 1pm then changed to 11am with very little notice (less than 24 hrs) leaving various people including myself stranded at the airport. No clear information at all. 😡

@British_Airways Well I ended up missing the flight thanks to the non-responsive and non-existent customer service dept of yours. They would not answer the phone all through this morning. How can an airline change the dept time in less than 24 hrs? Appalling!!

@DebenhamsBeauty @Debenhams would be great if you replied to customers queries. I’m still awaiting an order placed 4/01/21. I have emailed & DM’d. I can’t even get a refund. I get the current situation but if you are unable to fulfill orders then shut the website ordering down.

@Debenhams I have placed and order since 4/1/21 and received an emails saying it was despatched on 9/1/21. It still has not arrived and there is no tracking number on the @Hermesparcels delivery. No one to contact. I just want to know where my parcel is. I have emailed already.
