This is why you must call your representative and tell them to support #HR4726. If they are Republican, explain to them how it skews the immigrant demographics in favor of the Democrats.
And the green card vax mandate is part of this attempt. Green card holders can be dedicated Republicans, not yet able to vote, but can make political donations. The mandate pushes many of them away. The college mandates do the same on an institutional level. As soon as Democrats saw the stats for vax uptake by party affiliation, they knew they had an unspoken Democrat loyalty test, and they will use it to the fullest in the culture war.

If anyone remembers my post from a while ago about being carnivore and not being in ketosis. I believe it's time for an update. I've been away from X for reasons of sanity.
I followed all the fat adaptation advice. Thanks to all who gave it! Most significant that I noticed was using butter coffee for fat-fasting during the day, and using less salt (but not going full low sodium) on fatty meals. A rough first couple of days, then noticeable progress. Did not need ox bile. Stretching out my OMAD to 23:1 fasting also helped enter ketosis.
Slowly but surely my GKI improved. This morning I measured 3.7, which is excellent. Though my lovely wife in day 7 of her extended fast is at 1.2!
I'm trying to eyeball/strive for macro ratios, for a man, to be 1:1 fat:protein by weight. The ratios for women are different and I think need to be leaning to more fat, according to some carnivore sources. This approaches the optimal calorie ratios of 70:30. After going through the adaptation phase, my palate changed again, and regular ground beef or burgers now taste "dry" unless buttered or with bone marrow on the side. Rendered liquid fat is a big no, unhappy guts will result. I don't feel worse, and in a small way feel better. I think I'm starting to look even better too ๐
The lipovore article linked below was a great explanation and inspiration.
To summarize, going high protein on carnivore can be a stepping stone to the ideal fat to protein ratio. Even after a long time on carnivore, a little more fat adaptation may be necessary, and then it becomes easy. My hypothesis is that I'm mostly burning fat (dietary and body fat), and protein is used to build and maintain muscle, minimizing gluconeogenesis.

@Elon_Moscow_ @acajacques@pmcdunnough Whatever helps you live with yourself. I'm sure your government will be nice and polite while they violate you. It's the Canadian way, they are not like the rude and brash Americans.
@Elon_Moscow_ @acajacques@pmcdunnough I am ashamed to be part of "us". A country and culture whose core identity is how unlike their successful neighbor they are. If it were a person, obsessed how different they should be from someone else, they would be prescribed regular psychotherapy and mind altering medication.
