North Carolina high school student Christian McGhee has won a major victory against his school district after being suspended for using the term “illegal alien” in English class.

Central Davidson High School in Lexington, NC suspended McGhee for the phrase — which is established legal terminology used for decades in U.S. federal statutes.

His family sued the school board... and WON.

Settlement terms:
- $20,000 payout
- Public apology from the district
- No record of the suspension on his transcript

Dimone Fleming stabbed her sons, 3-year-old Daishawn and 11-month-old Octavius, then hid their bodies.
