The FY 2022 fleet data reporting cycle officially begins 1-Oct! This morning, we published updated reporting references and we encourage agency POCs to take a close look at the changes as they prep and review their submissions.

Big shout-out this morning to the fleet management team at Department of Interior for alerting us yesterday to a gap in our preparation for the FY 2022 fleet data reporting cycle! Gap filled and they are moving forward again as of this morning.

Lots going on with FAST and federal vehicle fleet reporting these days! We're wrapping up preparation for FY 2022 fleet data reporting starting 01-Oct, and we will share more on that during the Wed, 14-Sep INTERFUEL meeting.

Big cheer for the fleet teams at the Department of Education, Department of Housing & Urban Development, and National Gallery of Art! They are the first three organizations to complete their FY 2020 fleet data submissions. #FASTstatus

👏👏 Today's kudos to the fleet team at OSD within DOD: they represent the first EPAct-covered org. to complete their FY 2019 fleet data submission. We also have completed submissions from USAGM, EEOC, Library of Congress, and the American Battle Monuments Commission.

👏👏 Props to the fleet teams at the Nat'l Gallery of Art and Federal Maritime Commission: their FY 2019 submissions are in, preliminary reviews received, and they've responded. FMC had no issues, and Nat'l Gallery was able to correct or confirm several potential issues.

👏👏Today's shout-out goes to the fleet team at USAID: using our preliminary review of their initial data submission, they were able to fix the biggest quality issue we noted in that review!

FAST FY 2019 data call update: As of this morning, 17 agencies have reported just over 165K vehicles, and 5 agencies have designated their submissions as complete. Two weeks remaining in the data call (open through 12/16).

FAST FY 2019 data call update: As of this morning, we've surpassed 125K vehicles reported! Data submitted by 14 different agencies so far (3 complete, 11 in progress).

… and we were able to get all three of them preliminary reviews of their submission. Our goal is to do that for any agency finishing early.

Shout-out to Ray Varner @ USDA: he pinged us with a couple ideas for improving the reporting process for VLD in FAST. One of those just went live this morning. We love getting ideas for making things better; we may not be able to do them all, but we'll definitely consider them.
