@FedEx promised delivery on Saturday 06/13/26. Package was in Frederick, MD on 06/13/26. Delivery date was changed to Monday 06/15/26. Now delivery date is Tuesday 06/16/26. Package went from Frederick, MD to Hagerstown, MD to Cumberland, MD since Saturday 06/13/26. Three days to move 1.5 hours away. It takes 1.5 hours to drive from Frederick, MD to Cumberland, MD. How in the hell has it taken THREE DAYS to move a package 1.5 hours across town? Absolutely unacceptable.

@FedEx If you can't deliver a package to the same state in 3 days we need to talk. And not ground either, Home Delivery, so weekends count. I could have done it on bicycle, horseback, about 11 times by car. Your whole fleet of vehicles can't go 300 miles in 3 days? Pathetic

@FedEx is terrible, I’m closing my account and moving to UPS, after 10 years I can’t continue with damaged and lost boxes every week. Waiting weeks for the to call me for updates on lost deliveries. Time to move on
