The thing I wonder about SBMM is:

They say it increases playtime/ retention or whatever, but how many people just straight up don’t play at all/ don’t buy the game because of SBMM?

You see how many people are playing BO2 re-released where the SBMM is lower. You see how many people wanted to load up/ buy BO7 when they said it was lower (before they went back on their word) and it really makes you think.

Maybe I’m completely wrong and SBMM is making it better for most people, but I’d be curious to see what happened if they removed it for public lobbies.
