用中文再发一次，作为 Codex 和 Claude code 的重度用户，我在同时用两边构建一套包含 OMS、TMS、WMS和 FMS的企业级电商管理系统。
使用感想为：
Codex：完全用不了一点，难��作为商用coding agent
Claude code：主力工具，主要是因为fable的强大规划设计能力和claude design的流畅生态

Codex 优点：便宜
Codex 缺点：
1. 不遵循harness，让他自己写的harness他都不遵守，即便是sol max
2. 速度慢，在上一个帖子的回复说过了，主要原因是过度审查和无视harness做过量测试
3. 缺少对标claude design的产品，生态无法闭环，由codex直接由design system的md文档生成的页面远达不到商业标准。

Claude code 优点：
1. Claude code 与 Claude Design 的使用非常流畅，输出稳定，基本上能在返工3轮内达到期望的要求。
2. 基本在遵循harness（90%左右的情况，偶尔失忆）。
3. Fable 根本不是sol能碰瓷的，无论是coding，planning还是reviewing。
缺点：
1. 贵
2. Anthropic是个傻逼公司

但从产品力上来说，claude code完��完爆完爆codex200条街。

希望gpt6能做的吊一点，说不定会切回codex。
另外真的不考虑做一个codex design吗？

@yourQuantGuy 用opus5的唯一方法是用fable作为orchestration，做完计划后用opus5开发，然后fable验收和文档编辑，比较有性价比，产出也很稳定

这周因为要写的代码太多，所以高强度用了 Fable 5, GPT5.6 Sol, Opus 5

用下来的体验区别非常明显：
- Fable 5 是最好的，像是一个 tech startup 招了一个又懂技术又懂产品还懂管理的tech lead。一句简单的prompt就能懂你的意思，在满足你要求的前提下还给你完善相关的功能。一条龙服务直接满意，事��交给他办就是放心，是成为CTO的不二人选。

- GPT 5.6 Sol 就没这么让人省心了。他像是聪明又有技术的应届生，你提的要求他都能做到，但你没具体提出的要求，他就想到什么做什么，应付了事了。所以必须每一个细节都在prompt里详细提出，他才能做到你想要的。未来大概就一辈子在大厂，然后40岁被优化的命运。

- Opus 5 就更拉垮了，属于 Sol 的实习生水平。让他去改个feature，先不说feature本身改得怎么样，改完了连文档都不更新一下。就只能是戳一下干一点活的那种实习生，修完一个bug多出来两个bug，上班的时候天天想着晚饭吃什么，还经常在Slack上给我发信息说“我发现一个bug”又不说是什么bug，必须得等到我问了他才接着说。

@ToolRadarAI I cannot share too much about detail of code, tests and case because it's for business use.
Basically I'm facing the same issue as other user when using Codex, like over-reviewing, too many testing(cause slow), and ignore harness.

As a heavy user of both Codex and Claude code, I'm using these coding tool to build up a enterprise level EC management system which contains oms, tms, wms and fms.
Here's my review:
Codex: No longer use
Claude code: Will continue use as main tool because of Claude Design and Fable

Codex pros: cheap
Codex cons:
1. do not follow the harness
2. slow (in most time is because it does't follow the harness)
3. do not have product like Claude Design for UIUE improvement, also don't have design system and web page design tools.

Claude code pros:
1. smooth use of claude code and claude design, has very stable output while using /desing-sync tools.
2. basically following the harness(about 90% time)
3. Fable is still the best agent.
cons:
1. expensive
2. anthropic is an asshole company

Really hope gpt astra could do better so could be able to switch back to gpt.
And personally I think it's a bad idea to combine ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work and Codex. They are used by different kind of users so better separated.
And also please consider make a Codex Design😆
