Many developed and budding democracies have a ministry for decentralisation and decentralised governance. Especially if population is spread over a large sparse area.

Proposing to have a ministry dedicated to cater for strengthening the functioning of the system is from my commitment to strengthen decentralised form of governance. It will be a dedicated ministry for decentralisation with a clear mandate to further the cause and coordinate between councils and the government to ensure the will of the people are properly implemented through the system. This is necessary and highly beneficial for a budding decentralised and democratic system of governance like ours.

This was proposed during the first round too but it didn't get enough attention.
