The 2016 agreement for the Hulhumalé mixed-use residential project (#kpark) was signed with Hanbo Company Limited, a Korea-based company. Yet in Addendum 4 of 2023, the original foreign developer appears to have vanished entirely and been replaced by Hanbo Company Private Limited, a Maldives-registered company.

How did you @hdcmaldives pull this off? Changed the developer to a paper company. Why?
