@FreedomPharmacy I have spoken to United Health Care and they transferred me over to Accredo. The IRL supervisor informed me that I am the victim of medical gaslighting. Despite phone recordings of all my conversations, Freedom Pharmacy is claiming that there was no negligence. I demand answers.

@FreedomPharmacy It has been nearly impossible to get an answer. After several phone calls and explicit instructions, my medication was ordered without benefits. I have not had any written communication. Everything is verbal to avoid any responsibility. My rights are being legally violated
