The problem with Wall Street, like so much else in our economy, lies not in the people but in the system. That's why a financial transactions tax, ban on corporate stock buybacks, and stricter regulation of short selling are needed. Don't demonize individuals. Fix the system.
@AlexChalekian Also it would be benecial for the regulators to require a stop loss policy to avoid the contagion.
