@StanbicIBTC Each response to my mail will come with another requirement, which I always fulfil and when I feel that will be all, they will send another mail requesting for something else. This is clear incompetence.
@StanbicIBTC Holding customers funds out of their will is bad. Before this I have been sending meilas back and forth to your customers service center requesting for limit increase from 5M, that is yet to be implemented.
@StanbicIBTC This your generic blanket response to your customers is not it at all. Apologies can make sense when when this issue is resolved, but when we are still here on the same issue, does it make sense? To me it seems it's a delibrate act. You sent message to my DM without any message
@StanbicIBTC I guess this is your organization's way of retaining your customers' fund out of their will in order to maintain a robust balance sheet for end of Month. YOU CAN DO BETTER.
@StanbicIBTC I am not sure the issue has been resolved, tell me why my transaction limit was reduced to 500,000 Naira from 5,000,000. It's not enough that I faced an embarrassment due to your unavailable network for 4 days, now I am unable to transfer more than 500,000.
@StanbicIBTC Stanbis, it's unfair when you can't profer a solution to your customer's challenge. I have been in this in the last 24 hours and no way out. Your customer service number is either out of service or ringing no one to pick. This is bad.
@StanbicIBTC Why can't I transfer from my accounts. I have been on this for close to 3 hours. Error message is transfer limit exceeded when I haven't done any transfer on the past week. Also your "international" customer service contact keeps saying the number you dialed is not in service"
