I then tried swapping to Venthyr and attempting to swap back to Kyrian to see if that would maybe solve the issue. However this only gave me the quest to regain favor with the Kyrian covenant, and after filling the bar no new quest. Is there a way to fix or am I stuck Venthyr?

@BlizzardCS @WatcherDev @WarcraftDevs I tried swapping covenants on my main from Night Fae to Kyrian and ended up being stuck unable to get the quest "A Calling in Bastion" from the quest giver. I tried reloading, and relogging and neither of those worked. 1/2
