My WiFi was installed last week Sunday March 8thand got activated on Monday March 9th. I was told that I can change the username and password using the IP 192.168.100.1, I did immediately the WiFi was activated and since then I could not access the WiFi again till now.

I have done all these, and there is no improvement. The issue here is that the network speed is very low. We can't even download anything with it, we cant watch movies on our smart TV. It is working but extremely slow. It is just a waste of my money.
@wifisupport1 We have been without network since last week Thursday and nothing has been done to resolve except sending me emails that they had sent their engineers to work on it since that Thursday. The number of downtime in a month is pathetic, and you never replaced those lost days.

@wifisupport1 Today makes it exactly one month that you retrieved the radio for my internet connection. You are still in negotiation with manufacturer for a month to get repaired or replaced, this is the worst service i have witnessed in my life.
