8 tactical tips for entrepreneurs to save time and be more productive:

1) time block email to 2-3 specific windows daily

2) use the voice memos app on your phone to capture ideas between calls

3) set one non-negotiable goal for the day each morning, work on this goal first thing

4) use the 2 minute rule - if something takes less than 2 minutes do it immediately

5) build a swipe file in google drive of everything that works (email subject lines, templates, marketing copy, etc.)

6) schedule a “power hour” one hour block of time first thing in the morning to knock out the one big daily goal (phone in airplane mode during this time)

7) create an end of day routine to empty all inboxes and set your workspace up for the next day

8) feed every task on your todo list into ai and ask which tasks can be automated with zapier
