Consistency beats intensity.
First goal I ever set for my Amazon business was a consistency goal. Sell at least 1 unit every day for 30 days straight. That required consistently sourcing and shipping little boxes to FBA.
Consistency>Intensoty
But add them together and you get 🔥
Have one of those companies on retainer for account health issues.
They identify and start working up submittal for inauthentic complaint requesting my invoice.
I tell them to stop working on it and not to worry about it.
Why? Because it was an A2A purchase. I just copy and paste the order number in and it goes away in less than 24hrs. Easier account health resolutions are one of the top perks from A2A.
Love seeing this come together.

@ISellFBA I don’t want to tell my boys about the life we could have lived, the flexibility we could have had, the ways we could have helped others, the goals and dreams we could have achieved, but it was too hard so I gave up.
Part of the processes around my session journaling and system builds is to routinely define “safe to share” context. I have a Google Drive folder with relevant md files just for this purpose. It’s auto updated weekly with option for manual refresh. Team can use gdrive app that keeps a synced copy on their desktop. And voila their claude desktop app can now point at our shared business context file.
Amazon to eBay flips:
Not my focus at all, but i still keep an eye out and pull the trigger from time to time. This was a killer A2A drop. I was gated behind several hundred units so bought (20) of them for eBay back in April for $125 ea. Sold all in couple months for $225 ea. Wish i bought more. With better systems in place i would actively look for more of these and train a sourcing agent on it. Since eBay would currently land on my own time, I try to avoid. For those with the right systems, space, and team in place, Amazon to eBay can be a gold mine.
I’ve spent a lot of money on books, masterminds, courses, training, and conferences. I’ve also taken massive action all along the way.
Paying to leverage others experience can speed up your success, but it can never replace your own experience. If you don’t take action, it’s a waste of time and money.
I’ve coached several students who spent $1,000’s to join a coaching program, but were paralyzed by fear of failure to purchase $100 worth of inventory.
You will always learn much more by doing. You can read about riding a bike, you can watch videos about riding bikes, you can participate in a webinar about riding bikes, but until you get up on a bike, you will never truly learn.
Coaching and training can only enhance and accelerate your journey.
Take imperfect action.
